Featuring dBRIDGE

Few would have guessed that dBridge would be the next to join the R&S Records renaissance, which has been spearheaded thus far by the likes of Lone, James Blake, Blawan and Space Dimension Controller.

[RS1311] sees Darren Smith partner two chunky drum 'n' bass workouts with a more experimental cut in the shape of 'Plain To See'. Here's to hoping Smith will reappear on R&S in the future.

Plain To See - dBridge [R&S Records]

Available from Juno now.

On another note...R&S printed some really nice, Joy Division-inspired t-shirts to celebrate their 30 year anniversary. Click the image below to pick one up.

LONDON: This Friday...

North London is getting treated to the sounds of one of the most talented producers to emerge this year on Friday. Ossie blew us away with 'Tarantula' and didn't fail to impress with his more recent Hyperdub EP. The guys from Exhibition have lined up support from the wonderful Casino Times as well as Synamtix from the The Daily Street.

Equally exciting...is that you will be one of the first people able to grab one of our brand new t-shirts, designed in collaboration with Yoghurt Warrior. They're looking extremely fresh - more details to come very soon!

Check out the event page to secure £5 entry.

Featuring YOGHURT WARRIOR

Our good friend Jimmy, aka Yoghurt Warrior, has been going from strength to strength as a designer, being commissioned for collaborative pieces for Gottwood Festival, all artwork and clothing for the new 'Pigeon Hole This!' label, as well as the official tee for Rusko and Doorly's forthcoming tour.

In recent weeks we have seen the launch of a slick new website, showcasing a new range inspired by tribal and aztec influences, aiming to inject something fresh and vibrant as the Summer approaches. Having spent the last year as part as part of the Get Hype Collective under the name of Shark Bait, he is accompanying the drop of the new range with his debut production as Yoghurt Warrior. The track, 'Jumanji', begins with sounds of birdsong and tribal vocals, before introducing chimes and diving purple synths, all of which combine to create the same sense of the fresh, exotic outdoors that the clothing takes its inspiration from. Check it out below and get your hands on some threads while stocks last at the online store here.
